These terms govern your use of the Fortex Appliance Repair website and our repair services. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Our services

Fortex provides residential and commercial appliance repair across Orange County, CA. Every visit begins with a diagnostic to identify the problem and provide a price.

Estimates & pricing

We provide an upfront, all-in price before any repair work begins. The service-call fee is waived when you approve and complete the repair. You are responsible for the quoted price only after you approve the work.

Warranty

Completed repairs are backed by a 12-month warranty on parts and a 90-day warranty on labor, using OEM parts whenever available. The warranty covers the specific repair performed and does not cover new, unrelated faults or damage caused by misuse.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the repair. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and other methods as agreed.

Scheduling & cancellations

Appointment windows are estimates and may shift due to earlier jobs; we'll keep you updated by call or text. To reschedule or cancel, please contact us at (949) 478-0089 as early as possible.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fortex's liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific repair. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

SMS Terms and Conditions

Program Description

When you initiate a text conversation with Fortex Appliance Repair or otherwise consent to receive text messages from us, you agree to receive conversational and customer-care SMS messages related to your appliance service request.

Messages may include responses to inquiries, service and pricing information, diagnostic-fee information, requests for appliance photos or model-number information, appointment scheduling and rescheduling, appointment confirmations, repair updates, parts updates, and return-visit coordination.

Fortex Appliance Repair does not use this SMS program for recurring bulk promotional or marketing messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your service request and the ongoing conversation.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a message from Fortex Appliance Repair. After you send STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message. No additional SMS messages will be sent unless you later initiate a new conversation or provide consent again.
