When a customer initiates a text conversation with Fortex Appliance Repair or otherwise agrees to receive text messages from us, we may send conversational and customer-care messages related to the customer's appliance service request.
These messages may include responses to service inquiries, pricing or diagnostic-fee information, requests for appliance photos or model-number information, appointment scheduling or rescheduling, appointment confirmations, repair updates, parts updates, and return-visit coordination.

Customers may reply STOP at any time to opt out of further text messages and may reply HELP for assistance. A customer who opts out may receive one final message confirming the opt-out request.
